Did you know that your brain actually has less functionality when you are constantly around complainers?
Yep, science shows that when you are surrounded by complainers your brain capacity diminishes and said to make you less smart. The brain is muscle and when there’s complaining the muscle actually weakens and thus the connections to light, bright and positive weaken.
What to do about these complainers isn’t as simple as shutting them out. If you shut the people who complain out then often you have few people around you.
Know that your inner complainer is actually drawing the other people who complain directly to you. Also, know that you have some abilities to handle these complainers.
Imagine that you have a complainer in front of you. You look at them with interest and ask some key questions. Really allow that complainer to think they’ve been heard and rather than asking what do you want me to do about it ask if they have any ideas about how they would change that.
Also, know that you have some abilities that are stealth/secret abilities that are energetic. Those energetic tools are better than a shield because many energy people would tell you to put up a shield. The issue with a shield is that you are inside of it and actually suffocate in your own funky energy. For now just use our favorite tool – happy, happy, happy, happy internally when you’re talking to a complainer or handling your own inner complainer.
