You need a daily practice for lasting results.
You need something compelling to keep going to the next level. If you want to go from peak to peak instead of dropping off the radar, you need to schedule events that help you grow. When you schedule something, it becomes real instead of a wish or desire.
- Schedule to go to an event that inspires you at least 3-4 times a year that inspires you.
- Start a daily meditation practice. All you need is two minutes a day to get started.
- Find a coach or mentor to keep you accountable and help you move in the right direction.
