Hey everyone Sheevaun here Driving for Your Success and I’m having a bit of a wild hair day. It’s kind of fascinating. Must be a new do that to my soul has determined that needs to be shared. Today’s topic on Driving for Your Success is how to stop sabotaging and here’s something that we do as a human is we push and push and push against something we push and push and push and push and push and push and try to push it away. And you know, when you’re sabotaging yourself. First of all, you don’t recognize it. Second of all, you, uh, try to ignore it. Third, then you try to deny it and then fourth, you’re willing to accept it. But generally they’re willing to accept is at the point of so much pain, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial pain and just resisting is so exhausting.
So that sabotaging thing is a really possible to turn around when you resist less. So yes, acknowledging yes, give it some do. Of course. I always say given 11 minutes and then get on with it and use one of our court cutting videos. You can find that in the channel here somewhere, as long as you’re subscribed.
