When a relationship ends, you start to remember the things that are truly important to you. Career goals, fitness goals, life goals all come back to the forefront of your attention. Now, you have the time and hopefully the energy to tackle all the big dreams you pushed aside.
It also helps you realize that all the things your partner disliked about you are not an issue anymore. Everything about you that your previous partner found unattractive, someone else will find attractive. So, there is hope.
What someone else thought of you is not the truth. It just means that your characteristics did not fit the image that he or she had in mind of his or her perfect partner.
Decide To Continue Living Your Best Life
Our self-esteem plummets at the end of a relationship. We wonder if we are worthy of anyone’s love.
Yes, we all are.
In time your burden will get lighter and the universe will guide you into the fullness of your life’s purpose. But you must decide to stop wallowing in self-pity, pick yourself up and give life another go.
Despite dealing with grief, you can decide to continue with your own rich life in ways that are fulfilling to you.
