Where Our Beliefs Come From
The majority of our deeply-held beliefs come directly from our parents. While these are often within our best interest, it is important to remember that parents often have passed along beliefs from their own upbringing without editing them first.
Other beliefs that we acquire come from how we interact with friends, our own desires, and what is condoned by our culture.
Finding Your Own Beliefs
Finding your own beliefs is incredibly important for supporting your internal energy, but can be difficult to do. The beliefs of others can become deeply ingrained within a person, which can have a negative effect on psyche and potential.
