Hire Great People
One recommendation that successful people have is this: work with great people. Whether you are hiring them to work with you or simply in reference to people in your industry, surround yourself with talented, passionate people. When you don’t have to micromanage because your team is creative and capable, you will have more success.
When You Have Ideas, Go Big
If you are someone who is dreaming up ideas all of the time, don’t focus on trying to turn all of them into reality at once. Instead, focus on the best and biggest one, and figure out how to achieve that. As you go, you can incorporate smaller, more manageable ideas in the process.
Embrace Failure
Everyone will encounter failure at some point in their life. Rather than shying away from it, you should both expect and embrace failure. If you don’t learn from your failures and attempt to do something better the next time, you’ll never understand how to achieve things in the best possible way.
