Things that happened have happened, and then they are over and there is nothing that you can do to change them. Instead of focusing your efforts in the past, think about what you can do to make healthy (for the body and soul) and wise decisions moving forward.
Life Is About Your Reactions
Things that are less than ideal happen in life all of the time . From spilling your coffee to losing a loved one, a lot of things in life our out of our control. But life isn’t about the things that happen; life is about your reactions to the things that happen. How you react to the most difficult of situations is what defines you.
Stop with Comparisons
As Theodore Roosevelt said, “Comparison is the thief of joy.” Your life is entirely yours, unique and rare in all that it is. You will never have any life but the one you have now; stop fighting for something that is impossible. Instead, embrace who you are and your own opportunities.
