What you feed grows. The more you feed your fear, the more power it gains and so on..

Retrain your brain to let go of these fears. They will pop up now and again but you can overcome it.
To do this, you first need to show your mind that the fear is false. There is no real threat. By doing the exact thing you fear, you prove to your mind that the fear and unfounded.
Sure, you will feel the energy of the emotions caused by fear coursing through your body. But you will act anyway. Do it afraid.
