Give yourself specific actions and outcomes along with clear timelines and deadlines.

What’s one thing you always wanted to do but never tried? Perhaps you dream of sliding down a ski slope like a pro. Why not plan a weekend getaway in the mountains and book yourself into a beginner class?
You will notice that the excuses in your head seem to get louder as you get closer to the date. But once you have paid money and booked your spot, you’re as good as half-way through accomplishing that dream.
Gaining new experiences will give you creative energy to tackle the other challenges in your life. Taking action is the only way to destroy the fear that keeps you settling for less.
Once you have reframed your limiting beliefs, the next step is to make a firm decision to act.
