Increase and Improve
What are you hoping to achieve? Whatever it is, chances are you will need to improve upon whatever you’re doing, and increase your output. For example, if you want to hike Everest, you need to start training more and harder. If you want to increase your business profits, you will need to offer a better product and increase your product output.
Put in the Time
So much of self-improvement and growth is simply about putting in the time. As the adage goes, “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” You won’t get better or make gains if you are not willing to work really hard for it. Keep this in mind.
