Tips for Salvaging Your Energy
You can salvage your energy by making a few changes to your life and routine. For example, try the following:
- Stretch in bed for five minutes before rising;
- Stretch for five minutes after rising;
- Drink warm water, then toss cool water on your face;
- Have a green apple as part of your breakfast;
- Do SuperBrain Yoga for two minutes to get the brain energized and engaged;
- Encourage positivity amongst your co-workers by setting up a large “complain jar” where everyone must make a contribution for complaining;
- Name one good thing about the biggest problem that you’re having at work.
