Mindful Communications
Most days we walk through the day without much thought about how we will communicate. We speak to our family in the same old way. Our chatter with the store clerks is fleeting. The emails we send are filled with our wants, needs, desires and demands. Where is the communication that is filled with goodness and intention?
We say our intention is to communicate with love and kindness, but is that really true? If that were so true then our own inner voices would be much kinder and loving. The thought towards someone who is homeless would be of gratitude that they have the courage to be there and that you are able to help even if only with a kind word. Our inner dialogue towards someone who is obese would be much nicer – maybe something like Bless them for healing their wounds. Our frustrations towards the little things that aren’t going right would be to cut the cord, give yourself grace and turn to the next thing. The energy we emit when interacting with someone we aren’t in agreement with would be of love and forgiveness.

When you are mindful in your communication in the quiet inner voices that reach outward then you are being mindful on all levels. The most intense energy comes from our disdain inside and not what we are saying verbally. Truth is another one of those communications that we want to include in our mindfulness exercises and know that mindfulness is truly a muscle that must be exercised every day. The reason for this is that we are filled with so much negativity in the media that it exercise of the mind for intentional goodness is imperative for it to be natural.
Our entire existence would be filled with the ability to Mastering Our Energy, which helps us master our mind and ultimately our life.

Get Into the Glow From the Inside Out
Have you lost the luster in your hair, the sparkle in your eyes and the verve in your step? Do you look older than you think you should? Are you overwhelmed by work, family, obligations and all you want is a permanent vacation?
Is your mind too tired to think? Is your body too soft? Is your attitude dim?
These are all things I was reminded about when doing a book signing for my Learn to Meditate in 2 Minutes book the other day. I hear these very same complaints from CEO’s, entrepreneurs, people wanting to change jobs, have a relationship, and clients wanting to reclaim their health. It is this very topic that is the fuel for the pharmaceutical and beauty industry and their push to get you to take the latest medicine that will make you look and feel younger.
When we were in the last hundred plus years we were using our bodies and our bodies became used, aged and broken down. Now that we are in the age of the mind we are seeing more mental fatigue and loss of capability.
This is a natural progression as we use our brains more we are in need of building brain strength. Just like a muscle that has been used very little our brains need regular workouts to sustain all the new and unique innovations that are coming at us like the speed of light.
Neurologists and science has confirmed that our brains are in need of energy.
Energy medicine knows that the brain is the pharmacy of the entire physical body. If this were not true then why would a paraplegic be able to function in some aspects and not others? The brain is our saving grace and once we start treating it like a saving grace then we are beginning to have more of our own power and the right medicine just for our own ailments.
Our glow is lost due to the brains intake of external plastic stimulation such as TV, computer games, smart phones etc. Now don’t get me wrong because I write on my laptop and I love my iPhone. There is one thing that I do that is you will want to start doing right now. That one this is so easy that you’ll say nothing can be that easy and likely go back to your computer or the TV. It is meditation. Yep, meditation using our 2 minute techniques is a start but regular meditation is the key to the brain having youth and the body getting its glow back.
I’ve been using meditation every day for the past 20 years and you will see that pictures of me today are nearly the same as pictures from a long while ago.
There are 5 unique attributes to daily meditation that when they are combined can change your entire endocrine system, hormone secretion, and neurotransmitter functionality. These all relate to the easing and calming of the system which is healing and is the best anti-aging balm on the market. When your inner organs and systems are functions youthfully then your outer body demonstrates that in glowing skin, clear eyes, ease of movement and clear thinking.
The Wake Up from the Break Up
I have had many break ups in my life. My most memorable break up was when I was sixteen and I was dating a 21 year old. We were very aligned and we both knew it. He broke up with me because he somehow had a vision that I had to leave the small town I grew up in and make a difference. I was devastated and lost and yet I picked myself up and went off to Florida before college to begin my journey.
My life has been an amazing journey and one that would have turned out very differently had I stayed in that small town.
Break-ups in love and business are always a blessing. They are always for the greater good and sometimes we just need to be reminded.
The beginning of the year is the time when, statistically, there are the greatest number of break-ups. This time of year is also when there are the greatest number of deaths because people have made it through the holidays and seem to let go more easily.
I’ve had more than my share of deaths occur in the early stages of the year. That is when I lost my husband to a sudden accident. His death was what took me on this journey of wanting to have control over my own health and my own wellness.
That has been an even more amazing journey and one that may not have happened had he lived. He lives on through all the amazing stories of clients whose lives are better off.

Your breakup has been a solution that may not have come about and I think that if you’re stuck in what the pain of the breakup then you want to look for the good in the breakup. It’s there and I would like to hear about some of your experiences.

The Light of Health
Did you know that there’s light around everything you do and say? Did you know that when you are in a massage there’s more light, when you’re at your therapists office, when you are laughing or when you are about to do some mischief. This light around you has been called many things of the centuries but effectively it is light of a different density.
This light can help the body or it can hinder the body but overall the light is an indicator of the ability of the body to heal itself.
Shamans, healers, and clairvoyants have known this for aeons and now science is talking more and more about this light. Not too long ago I was at a conference where scientists are now discovering the language around this light. They are calling it plasma. Snaskrit calls it prana.
Without light, plasma, prana you cannot exist. Even science is saying this. The plasma/prana is what is keeping all the bits and parts of your endocrine, skeletal and nervous system together.
Plasma is what makes the aurora borealis to mystical and gives the light show.
When the plasma is disrupted is when the system starts to falter. This applies to our physical body as well as the planetary body. Whiplash occurs when there’s a fall, fright, emotional trauma, persistent anxiety or worry, lack of good sleep, etc. Subtle shifts occur in the energy body and then will occur in the physical body.

The Valley of Love
There are times and places that you’ve felt more love than ever. On the other side of this are the times when you aren’t feeling much love at all. Seems that we more often focus on the side of not feeling the love.
Love is such a wide and diverse topic and one that needs a lot of love just to delve into. There’s basic love for a human, animal, friend, child, car, house etc. Each of these will feel different based on your expectations. The expectation of what love is supposed to be and feel like is one of the those great traps. By trap I mean that you can think about how you want love to look and feel like but that is really illusion.
No one is taking away love buy you and once you’re in tune with that concept you are in tune with higher love vibrations.
When you are loving yourself more you will feel more love all round. You must love who you are and how you are in order for others to fully love you. As you begin the process of loving yourself you will find that you are kinder to you AND others.
The love the really matters is love for the smallest of things and not the big bright shiny things. This love that really matters is love for all no matter what they are doing. And yes I do mean no matter what they are doing. If you love them you may also find that you disagree and if you love them exactly as they are then you will be one of the great alchemists here on the planet.
We need more alchemists because alchemy is the magic that turns dirt into gold, hurt and pain into love and forgiveness. The alchemy of love is that it can turn the most dense energy into the lightest and brightest. Now that’s the shiny object that you want to reach for.
This love for the little things leads into love of all things, which then leads to deep compassion. When you combine love and deep compassion you will feel love all around you.
Alchemy is needed here on the planet more than ever. There are many people around you that are feeling the lack of love. The more you love from the inside out then others will begin to take that journey.

Taming the Inner Critic – How to Have More Energy and Time
The energy of not enough time is much more prevalent in our western population. Every time you reinforce the thought, and energy, that you don’t have enough time the more elusive time is.
You zap and suck your energy when you allow interruptions and constant bombardment.
Interrupters in your day include email that automatically downloads and dings every time there’s a new one. This is a persistent guilt driven and energy draining force in your day. The same applies to texting and the need to respond immediately. Turning on the television is one of the classic interrupters and energy suckers.
I’ve just spent time editing one of my books that reminded me about this very subject of energy zapping and that inner critic. This subject is explored more thoroughly in the Overcome the 7 Energies that Zap Your Life book.
Turn off your inner critic and guilt by turning off your auto receive of emails, Facebook connections, no emails on your cell phone, general internet access, texting, blaming others for taking your time, etc.
One of my favorite things to do is watch movies and yet I’m taking a break on watching movies. I’ve unsubscribed from all movie notices and all ways to watch movies. So far I’ve got a lot more time to write and clear up any nagging situations and it’s only been a week. I got an email from a friend who is going so far as disconnecting their internet access. I’m not there yet but it seems like an awesome idea. I’ll let you know if I take that route.
When Your Thought Energy Stops You
Yesterday I was speaking with a few clients about money issues. They were each talking about what they didn’t have and what was going wrong. Each of them were entrenched in the problem rather than the solution.
Money is the energetic equivalent of flow. When you go into the place of thinking you don’t have it and it’s too hard to get it you are building a dam. If you are positive thinker on one hand and a worrier on the other you are canceling out the positive.
It takes 40 times more energy to use negative forces than it does to use positive forces. This has been proven by science again and again.
If you don’t think you have something you won’t. When you’re worried about people taking advantage of you then that is exactly what they will do. Employees will respond to your thoughts and do exactly what you tell them. The energy of those thoughts are as powerful to manifest results, whether bad or good.
My client the other day completely negated all the good several of his staff had done. They each made different mistakes and yet he was about to fire them. His real issue was that he was impatient and didn’t communicate well enough along the way and wanted everyone to know how to do something he had never spoken. This is another aspect of stopping the flow and building a dam.
Your thinking is stopping you in many areas. Where is it stopping you?
Thinking that the employees are honorable and are exceeding your expectations is going create less friction in the universe. Keep the thought of success everyone is mentally drawn to the light of the energy of that thought.
When you follow the need to be over responsible you are actually limiting your security. You are putting yourself at a more at risk position when you are stopping your success with negative self aggrandizing thoughts. You are predetermining your success when you act from fear.
The Law of Appreciation
When leaders are complimentary in their mind towards their group, staff, vendors, family, etc. then discord can be easily disintegrated. The energy of the leader at the top is the energy of all the people below. A thought of anger permeates the entire organization and is just like putting a cog in the wheel of productivity. Frustration energy is like putting battery acid on your computer.
Every time you appreciate the person who works with you and for you is like putting grease in the gears. The energy of appreciation is as if you are creating the ability for errors to diminish and fears most people have of not doing something right. Appreciation is like a course correction when the situation is off course.
How to use the energy of appreciation:
1. Think about those people in your life who are there for you. This is particularly important when you’ve been difficult towards others. Give mental appreciation for the fact they are there. You may even want to go so far as sending an email or a note of gratitude.
2. Take responsibility for your responses and actions and correct the energy before it becomes rampant and destroys your organization.
3. When criticizing use an even tone, tap your heart center to be more soft and clear in your communications and do not assume you are the one that’s right. Ask questions and get into the energy of curiosity of what is going on and why it’s not working the way your head energy thinks it should.
4. Look for things that are going right rather than looking for what’s wrong with everything.
The more you give appreciation for someone who is on the path of progress rather than criticism. Appreciation energy is going to create the workplace and employees that you ultimately wish to have.
How Much Is Your Energy Really Worth?
As you walk through life it is often wondered how I fit in, what is my mission, what is my purpose, and how can I earn more money. These thoughts get bantered around our heads a lot. Mostly when we are feeling low, down, or just plain stuck.
Being stuck is truly a sign of how little value we place on our selves, our ideas, our options, our abundance that we already have. Settling is just a bad habit that has been trained into our psyche and is an excuse to stay in a situation that doesn’t work for us.
Scientists have, at one time, calculated that we were valued at $32 in the chemical market. Today I believe those numbers would be somewhat greater but overall we often do not value our selves even that much. If we did then some of those brilliant ideas floating around would come to fruition.
I recently read a line somewhere that stated the energy in our body could light the United States. What I discovered is that studies were done where a DuPont scientist said that the atoms of your body contain the potential energy of more than 11 million kilowatt hours per pound. So the overall estimate is that the average person is worth $85 billion dollars. Wow, we’ve so undervalued ourselves.
Some of us now and then tend to wonder what our mission in this life is, especially when we feel down, and we do not recognize how valuable a human being we really are. We come up with some great ideas, but feel they are not that good. If they were, someone else would come up with them. It’s too bad that, almost always, we place little values on our selves and ideas.
The value we place on ourselves come from external standards. Parents, media, and The Joneses help us place standards on ourselves. Begin to think, every day, I am valuable just as I am. You will find that new opportunities arise at the least expected moments.
The electronics in our body are really just energy and we can turn it off or we can turn it on. That energy can be directed in positive ways or negative ways. By directing that energy into a positive avenue you have less friction. For example you feel worried by all the media hype around the economy. What then happens is that you attract worry energy around you. I often tell mother’s of my youngest clients (kids) to turn the television off for 2 months and see how the behavior of that child changes. Miraculous changes occur and they are more energetic and happier. When we are happier and without so much friction we value ourselves more.
Leave out the external electronics in your world for a week and see what wonderful things occur. Eliminate the electrical items in your bedroom alone and you will sleep much better. Stop listening to the radio while driving and you will arrive at your destination much more easily and actually calmly. The friction will decrease and the value increases. Energy can then flow more easily.
Your energy body will thank you and actually increase because you are leaving out external forces. When your energy body is more fluid your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self is more healthy and vibrant. This is one reason nature is so good for us. It’s about the energy that we are absorbing from nature but it is also about the body recouping by being un-plugged.
Value your energy and your value goes up. Learn that there are methods where you can actually master your energy.
