Lead from your Heart not your Stomach

The tendency of each of us in our busy lives is to lead from the stomach and not from our hearts. The energy center that is responsible for this is the solar plexus and when the solar plexus is the primary leader then you’re leading from lower and mostly negative emotions. This is why there are so many cases of anxiety, rage, fear-based leadership, stomach and intestinal disorders. The stomach is designed for digestion but of our food and this organ is not designed to process every difficult emotion without the proper aid from the other major centers.
How do you know if you’re leading from your stomach?
* You have heartburn
* Tendency for your stomach to grumble a lot
* The feeling of rocks in your midsection
* Constipation
* Tense shoulders that almost reach the ears
* Frequent diarrehia
* Nausea after leaving a situation that you know you needed to respond to differently
Leading from your heart gives your body the fuel it needs to thrive and have that glow. The glow is that of kindness towards self first and then others. The sparkle of sweetness towards others no matter what the situation is easily achieved when one is in the first stages of love and then that goes away. This sparkle can be achieved through meditation, service and loving kindness and non-injury.

Fear energy is the most prominent energy that prevents us from moving forward in any given area. This is something that I am so committed to shifting with each person I meet, because there’s tons of fear energy in and around us at any given moment.
