Each day we interact with someone else who is fearful about their health, a family members health, losing their job, not having enough money and fear that it won’t be perfect enough. One thing that fear is is the worry about losing someone or something and not knowing if we can handle that emptiness. Fear is nothing more than reacting to a missing out or long forgotten scolding you received that now keeps you from reaching out into the stratosphere and succeed.
When we are looking upward and onward we are less fearful. Every time we look back we are allowing fear of the consequences to hold us back.
Remembering the last post about being connected take a moment and close your eyes, breath a few times. While your eyelids are closed have your eyes look upward and hold that position for a minute. Continue to breath. Think about the most inspiring or elevated and least fearful person you can imagine and continue to hold this pose.
Notice that after you return to the room that you’re in that you have less fear of the outcome. This tiny exercise will allow you to gain more and more freedom from those fearful times.
Looking downward or backward is only going to trap you into that old place of fear and worry and so look onward and upward.
