Meditation Myths
Most people avoid meditation and yet they are actually doing some form of meditation every single day. Yep, that’s right you are likely meditating on something and likely right now.
You say, Nah I’m reading this blog. In fact you are likely meditating on the fact that you “should” be doing something else. You may be meditating on the fact that your check book is needs balancing or you “need” to finish… well you fill in the blank.
**You have to give your beliefs up and give over to something strange: The thing is that meditation is not such a foreign concept or action. It has been portrayed in the movies and media as a giving over of control. If you choose to give over control that must be a choice, your choice and so don’t blame meditation.
**It’s going to take too long to get good at meditation AND it takes too much time out of my day: This is not true that it takes years to master meditation. The only time you need is TWO minutes and just like my book states you can learn to meditate in two minutes and you can get great benefit from meditating for only TWO minutes.
**I have to have a quiet mind in order to meditate: Well this is absolutely impossible. The only time you’re going to have a quiet mind is when you are no longer in your body. Your mind is not meant to be quiet however, it is meant to be harnessed. The mind is meant to be overcome and to be mastered and as soon as you let go of the need to have quiet is the sooner you will achieve a more peaceful mind. The monkey mind is the gift of the human race and our will and learned behaviors are the most valuable things we have to overcome and master in each lifetime.

Are You Looking For Happiness In All the Wrong Places
Happiness is a state of being and the more happy you are inside the more you will be happy on the outside.
It’s easier said than done, this happiness thing. Every time you say you’re happy then your little mind, the subconscious, throws a curve ball into your day or life. Those curve balls are there just to see how happy you really are and to get you to pay attention to all the tools and techniques that you’ve already learned so that you can have a better state of happiness.
The thing about happiness is that it’s about the level of purification you’ve attained. By purification I don’t mean purified water or a bath you took. Purification is about the energy body.
This purification of the energy body is multi-fold. You have an emotional energy body and that’s where the emotions get distorted and messy. Then there’s the mental body and that is usually dealt with when the emotional body has been handled. You’ll also want to know about the spiritual body (there’s a more defined term used by most but for now we’ll call it the spiritual body). This spiritual body is the overall reaching of the inner and outer you and it will allow you more peace or more torment depending on what level of purification you handled in the other bodies.
I want to ensure we don’t forget the physical body because that’s the body that takes the brunt of all the other bodies mental, emotional and spiritual When your physical body is purified you are handling what you eat in terms of food and what you eat in terms of thoughts. You physical body is in need of regular exercise, regular good clean and highly nutritious food (fruits, vegetables and nuts) and it is in need of regular maintenance. Without the purification of the emotional body then you’ll find that the body will take a hit and this could mean something simple such as an allergy or something complicated as cancer. Without the purification of the purification of the mental body you then have limited thinking and usually reside more in a state of fear.
Where are you looking for happiness? Is it in the physical body and all the daliances the body requests? Is it the emotional body where there’s drama created or there’s high high’s and low low’s? Are you looking in the mental body in a way to over thinking everything or being overly critical?
Get into your energy center in the middle of your chest, your heart chakra. Touch your heart chakra smile at your self and then smile at everything in your environment until it expands out to encompass the world. Once you have done that and continue to do that regularly then you’ll find that happiness is more effortless and purification of the other bodies comes with much more ease.

How Catharsis Can Help – part 2
There was a lot of response to our brief overview of how catharsis can help. This has inspired me to take a few more steps to help you understand what it is and how you can get through it while it’s happening.

You never know when you’re having catharsis but here are a few signs.
* Everything you touch seems to go wrong
* Your body is sick and you can’t find a reason
* Everyone around you is angry with you and you have no idea why
* You freak out about the smallest things
* You can’t stand anything
When you’re in the midst of catharsis you mainly need to go back to the basics. Take salt baths and meditate. Give yourself some down time. Forgive the world for being so crazy, forgive yourself for getting sucked in.
Look at it this way, without catharsis we would be stuck in the same ole, same ole stuff. We would have no reason to make a shift and improve our life, work, emotions, family, relationship, environment.
Remember the if the pendulum has swung too far in one direction the universe will have it go the other direction until you get to a place of equilibrium. Or I should say mainly equilibrium. There’s no such thing as balance and that’s why we don’t use that word here.
Radiation Can Help You
Well I’m sure you think I’m saying that radiation is good. In a way it is. What I am saying is that there’s something to be gotten from this situation occurring in Japan regarding the radiation.
The good I’m talking about is maybe, because of the Nuclear plant issues and its leaking, we’ll wake up a bit more. Meaning that we’ll take some awareness of what is happening and take some inner and outer actions. We want to begin to pay attention to our energy fields. By energy fields I mean our own personal energy fields. Those fields that some call the aura and the chakras. Those energy fields are the very fields that allow anything to occur in our body and on this planet.
You see, every single being on the planet has an energy field. That energy field gets filled with our thoughts and our vibrations. Each thought and vibration that remains in our energy field then spreads outwardly and others can pick it up and can resonate with it. The energy of radiation is just the same and the more we worry about it the more we are subject to it.
Within those fields are smaller energy fields that are transmitters. These smaller fields/chakras also get filled with our thoughts and vibrations, which become Each of these transmitters put out a signal to the earth and to all the other energy fields, and humans, on the planet.
Every time one person is afraid that fear can become like a virus and infect others. Enough of these fears activated by more and more people means that the transmission gets louder and received by more people. This in turn affects the aura and if the aura is weaker to start off with then there will be more of an impact than if it is stronger.
When one person has a fear about the contamination of their system this is like a virus. Fear of radiation can become a virus. We all have 10 trillion active viruses in our system. The only time the viruses become overactive is when our beliefs and fears become more resonant to the fears and negativity than when the body and cells are vibrating at a fast and healthy rate that can repel those fears.

There are some necessary precautions you can take to help with those beliefs and/or fears and they are simple. Then there are more complex things to do that will keep those fears from overtaking you and your body getting sick.
When you do these simple things consistently then your aura and chakras are more resistant to a virus activation. Remember this is about the energy. You may not believe me but I’ve worked with enough people to know that these work and just like everything – it’s all about the energy. You see, when your energy body is high vibrational and your chakras are doing – more than less – a good job, then the body will be resistant to issues, virus activation and injury. When your energy body is weaker is when those issues have the ability to take hold and activate.
I have been witness to enough people eating bad things, mercury for example, for their body and doing things to their body to prove this as true to know that anything can be transmuted to something harmless when the right energy, right thought and right speech are in play. Masaru Emoto has proven it by the contaminated water project of having the contaminated lake blessed and then testing the water and it is no longer contaminated. This is possible.
You may not believe any of what I’m saying but that’s ok, some will and those of you who have a glimmer that this is true will take the next steps to heart and begin using them today. The reason you want to begin today is that IF or when there is a radiation issue then you’re energy body is already stronger and you won’t be as susceptible to contamination or as much contamination as someone else.
Here are a few recommendations to start with:
- Eat super greens every day
- Take a bath with salt to clear your aura
- Remember that digestion starts in your mouth and that includes your thinking.
- Support your digestive tract

Vitamin C Can Restore Connective Tissue
As you may know I’ve been dealing with the healing of a broken ankle. I had the blessing to ski and then stayed for
another day when I was supposed to leave. That is the day that I fell on a small slope and heard the telltale sign of a break. Well, I know that you can heal anything if you get to it quickly enough and fortunately I used the energy healing techniques and eliminate the pain and improve my chances. I’m nearing the conclusion of this adventure in healing a broken bone (and multiple sprains) and glad that I never had pain and that it’s moving along faster than usual. Here are some of the things I’ve used to help contribute to improving the energy healing work.
I always supply the body with some of the other essences that it needs to accelerate any healing. Some of those things include supplements of minerals and vitamins. Now I don’t mean tablets of these things because those actually take a long while to process through the system. I mean a liquid form that will enhance the healing of the body and brain during healing.
One of the very things that the body needs is a good deal of is Vitamin C when any serious healing is being done. Vitamin C is said to somewhat of a magical elixer that helps the body heal and relieve pain. Some of the benefits of Vitamin C include helping reconnective tissue restore, helping to eliminate viruses and bacteria. Vitamin C is also very beneficial to the reduction of stress and lines in the face and helping to reduce the affects of aging.
One thing to remember is that the best source of Vitamin C is ascorbic acid. The reason for this is that most other vitamin C supplements have too many fillers to be as effective. Better yet is Vitamin C powder and add baking soda for the body to fully absorb and gain the greatest benefit.

Hydration – Hype or What
Not everyone is a fan of water, but for years I’ve been a big fan of water. You could say that I’ve loved water since I
was a little girl. I think the reason for this is that I grew up in a small town where there was well water. The water out of the tap was downright delicious. When I went off to college I used to come home for a few reasons. One of those was to have mom to laundry, cause I was awful at it and the other was to take gallon jugs of water back to drink because I thought the water at school tasted horrible.
That’s when I started to drink soda because I couldn’t bring enough water from home often enough to quench my thirst. It was a dangerous place to be where the body is absorbing junk and chemicals. I would have been better off drinking the water but I had become accustomed to such delicious water that anything else tasted bad. It took a toll and proved out in many ways over the years and one of those ended up in emergency surgery.
Yep, I had surgery because I didn’t drink enough water.
Water cures a lot of things. I can cure an oncoming cold, aches, toxicity, obesity, headaches, and so much more. Water is the essence of what makes the body and brain work. It’s like the oil is to our car. Without enough water you will literally wither, just like a plant that has not been properly watered.
So know that you really only need 6 glasses of 8 oz of water. The reason you only need 6 is you do need water that has the proper mineralization. That’s why I loved the well water from growing up, it had tons of minerals. Our water today has been depleted of many of those minerals and we must have the water along with the minerals to fully heal and flourish easily.

Traumatic events in cells can really be erased
The NIH (National Institutes of Health) has concluded that it is possible to erase the traumatic events from our cells.
