For years when I first learned about the chakras everyone I met would start telling me about chakras by their number. Then others would tell me about chakras by their name. How confusing is this?

In different systems there are differences. The number 1 chakra in one system means the crown and in another means the one at the base of the spine. Same goes for the heart chakra because in some systemsits the number 3 chakra and others, well you get the picture. When people would tell me what was going with their chakra or even ask me what what chakra I worked on I usually just nodded and said oh sure it’s the one right here, pointing, and moved on.
