mindMatters320x320Every single intonation of our voice sends a message out to the world. Every note of satisfaction and dissatisfaction creates a vibration into the air. Every thought sends a message to the people you interact with.

This all seems like a heavy burden and yet it is the power of our thinking that is the very thing that we can control. If we were given the right tools from the very start by our parents, teachers, family etc then we would have the ability to harness the mind and make its matters that much more effective.

Even the smallest speck of negativity will have a ripple effect in us, to us and around us. These tiny specks of negativity are often the very things that are our undoing. We then ask – Why me, what did I do, how could this happen to ME?

When I began work with energy it was the very mind that allowed or disallowed me to share a deep and effective healing. As I learned the flow of energy and how it can sway with the mind I then took the reigns of the energy and of the mind.

Everything is energy and yet everything is commingled with the mind.

  • What is your mind up to these days?
  • How are you making the matters of your mind work with you and your life’s goals?
  • Where is your energy flowing because of your mind?
