You go and get a job of some sort and find that it’s not really what you want, so you grumble. Maybe you find out that it’s not really relevant anymore or some huge shakeup happens in your world to take all bets off the table.
Wham you’re faced with a decision…stay the same and keep going down the path of ho-hum or really pivot.
The truth is that most people do not pivot. They wait and wait and wait. Then what happens is a divorce, health issue, job loss (which was created by your hohumness but that’s for another day), family crisis, etc. and you’re faced with the tougher decision. 
Usually, that tougher decision leads you to shrink.
Some actually do pivot, but they get only so far and then dig their heels in and stop. This is just a slight turn from the other of waiting and waiting.
But …
Everyone wants a miracle, prays for a miracle, asks for miracles. But not everyone is willing to act on the four elements that nature gives each of us to become the maker of that miracle.
Which are you begging for? A miracle or are you ready to act on getting the inside of your world turned around to be the creator of that miracle?
