Taming the Fear that Stops You

Did you know there are some simple techniques to stop the fear that holds you back? Are you aware of how many times fear steps in and creates chaos?

Here are 5 things you can do to eliminate fear:

  1. Fear actually creeps in when you are not hydrated enough. Drink plenty of water and add a wedge of lemon or lime. The lemon/lime actually releases acidity and helps to reduce fear.
  2. Put more plants around you or spend some time in nature around big trees. This energy is guaranteed to dissipate fear. The plants are designed to transmute this energy and you’ll feel fantastic.
  3. Other people who are fear based will impact you greatly. Stay away from them. Some of the scary type energies that can increase your fear factor are people who smoke marijuana or drink too much. 
  4. Meditate every day for at least 2 minutes a few times a day. The best method for this is my book Learn to Meditate in 2 Minutes for the Lazy, Crazy and Time Deficient.
  5. Be kind to others when you’re feeling down. This will help your energy become more elevated and the heart to expand. When the heart is expanded the fear cannot stick around.
