It’s February 1st, which means if you’re reading this, you have successfully made it through the first month of the new year! How did the month treat you? How are your energy levels? How are you feeling about the month of February? And, very importantly, how are your New Year’s resolutions coming along?
Most People Have Dropped Their Goals By Now
Most people don’t stick to their resolutions through January and into February, with most ditching their goals only a couple of weeks into the near year. But you’re not everyone, and hopefully, you had the motivation to push yourself through the difficulties that accompany your goal – whatever those may be – and are going strong.
But if you haven’t….
All Hope Is Not Lost
Remember, January 1st is just a day; it doesn’t have to be the only day that you can make a change in your life. If you have slipped on your resolutions or dropped them entirely, who cares? February 1, or 2, or 3, and so on are all opportunities to take action.
Pick yourself up and get back in the saddle. Don’t beat yourself up over your failures – learn from your mistakes and use that knowledge to create a more solid plan for adhering to your goals moving forward.
