The process of coaching begins with the assumption that we do not have all the answers required for transformations.
Coaches are not people who learn solutions and then tell other people to follow the same solutions. Instead, they encourage their clients to find their own path. Because they understand that not everyone has the same destination or journey to their understanding of success.
A coach assumes that the answers for a problem come from within a person. The solution is derived from how the client sees the world, and how they make their own decisions.
Coaching hinges on the process of uncovering the unknown. It explores the hidden parts of a person’s understanding of the world. And it helps to remove the barriers that are constructed out of limiting beliefs.
Don’t Rush The Process of Transformation
Real change takes time. Impatience often leads to incomplete solutions.
Before you start working with a coach, be aware that the process of change the appropriate time required to build new habits.
A coach will help you build effective solutions through conversations that challenge your existing set of habits, skills, and practices. This process usually takes months and sometimes years.
If you want quick answers, coaching is not the right process. If you want lasting change, then you need a coach.
A Coach Relies On Your Inner Motivation
If you are driven to succeed and change, the process of coaching flows much smoother. A coach will always shine the light on a problem area but the change in behavior is always the responsibility of the client.
If you care enough to see change, you will find the answers with the right encouragement and guidance from your coach.
Coaching is not about teaching you how to live a better life, it’s about helping you face the fears that are preventing you from living a better life.

A coach will probe with effective questioning and active listening skills to uncover the assumptions that are holding you back from taking the action you need to take.
When you work with a coach, you are forced to put aside the superficial answers and come up with your truth. You are forced to be authentic and look for creative solutions to start building the future you truly want for your life. The future that is right for you.
This is the beginning of real change.
