Something that we tend to do is we tend to think smaller in terms of goals or opportunities. We tend to think about what we can almost, or what we can really do. The container that you hold is actually pushing you to do more and strive more, yet you are staying in a comfort zone.
Try this for a day or a week, and just 10 times your objective, 10 times that goal. It’s really about creating that energetic container so that you can fill that and then it can really go into the direction that you want to go getting, you know, even more healthy results than maybe you thought possible before. Try this 10X formula. It’s been around for a very long time, but it’s really thinking along the lines of what you’re really here to do rather than shrinking yourself, hiding, or being small.
