Hi, Sheevaun here, Driving for your Success. It’s an amazing sunny day after a warm, not so warm, windy, rainy night last night. I want to talk about breaking free and breaking through.
Something that’s really come to my attention a lot lately from my clients and the conversations I’m having with friends is, do you really need to break down in order to break free and break through? No, dag nabit you do not. You just need to shift that energy so that what happens is you’re breaking something, a pattern, a program, a habit, an attitude, but you break and shift the energy first so that you don’t break down. Because you don’t have to go up and down like this, in order to have that next phase, that next success and really, really make things work for you.
What you do, is you want to have that upward trending spiraling of success with only a small tiny downward trend, thus you break nothing and you completely engage in new, fresh energy every time you release something old.
