A mantra can be used for meditation, for positive inspiration or to help you gain the confidence you need before a big life event or life change. “I have value.”
This is a basic mantra, but can be one of the most important. Reminding yourself everyday that you have value can aid in your confidence and development of self worth.
“I live my truth based on my values.”
Too often, we become wrapped up in others’ lives and we find ourselves living a value set with which we do not agree. Ask yourself about your truth and your values – are they aligned? Say this mantra everyday.
“I will lead as myself. Who I am is enough.”
You have the power to lead and being your authentic self is the best way to do so.
