By choosing to say no, you not only focus all your effort and energy on your most essential priorities, you also create space for things that truly deserve your attention.
- Learn to say ‘No.’
- Eliminate distractions ruthlessly.
- Use a planner to schedule events.
- Create a don’t do list.
Above all, avoid procrastination. Set yourself a deadline for each task on your to-do list and take action.
