Here are some ways to cleanse yourself of negative energy and realign your energy (and spirit) with your business:
1. Intend to Remove Negative Energy
The first step is firmly acknowledging your desire to remove any negative energy that is being held within you. You should then tell yourself that you are removing the negative energy – try breathing out, yawning, or stretching the negativity away.
2. Focus on Gratitude
The next thing that you can do to rid yourself of negative energy is to switch the focus to one of gratitude rather than negativity. Don’t just give gratitude for the obvious, but the more discreet as well. Be thankful for the air around you, the people around you, your body, etc. Give gratitude to the things that would appear negative, being thankful for the challenge and the renewed perspective.
3. Take Responsibility
The final thing that you can do to reset your spirit and realign your business with your energy is to start taking responsibility. You are responsible for your own feelings, emotions, and actions.
