Solving the Exhaustion Bubble
Are you caught in a cycle of exhaustion? Do you feel exhausted all of the time, and just when you think you’re out of it, you experience another downward slope? If so, there is a way to solve the exhaustion bubble.
Eat Better Food
What you put in your body has the biggest effect on how you feel. In fact, what you eat has an even bigger effect that how much you exercise. Start feeding your body with whole, healthy foods, including meat and fresh veggies. Try to eliminate processed foods and carbs, and these will cause your blood sugar to spike and then drop.
Deal With Stressors
Stress can be a big culprit when it comes to getting enough sleep and feeling fatigued all of the time. If you have stressors in your life, you need to deal with them. Talk about your stressors, find solutions to problems, take time to relax, and assess your lifestyle and your choices; are you doing things that cause you constant stress, like working a job you hate?
One way to combat fatigue is to get your heart rate up. Even if that means just doing jumping jacks at your desk, take time every single day to get your heart rate up and move around.
