Whether you are religious or not, Sunday is an ideal day for relaxation, spirituality, meditation and preparing your body and mind for the week ahead. This Sunday, consider doing some of the following for some much-needed rejuvenation–

Eat Well

Prepare a healthy meal for yourself and give thanks for the nourishment it provides. Use this day to detox your body and eat a lot of nutrient-rich foods.

Meditate or Be Mindful

Take 10 minutes to sit still without distractions. Use the time to focus on your breath and your body, allowing your mind to relax and pay attention to nothing else but your experience in the moment.

Think About Your Upcoming Week

Without stressing, pay some attention to your upcoming week. What things do you need to accomplish? Do you have goals for the week ahead? How will you budget your time?

Spend Time with Loved Ones

Sunday is a great day for spending time with those you care about the most. If you have been a little distant with a close friend, rushed and unable to sit down with family as such, or distracted by work and personal things, use today to just enjoy the people that you love in your life and who love you.
