Hey, everyone. Sheevaun Moran here. I’m Driving for Your Success. Really, I’m sitting in a parking garage about to go into lunch. I was flipping through e-mails because I was looking for something specifically that I’d been waiting for before I go into my meeting. One of the e-mails that showed up was about how breath work is really going to get you clear.
Now my take on this is, “Cool, yes,” however, most of the time you’re going to focus on breath work only at certain times when the true essence of breath work must be done moment in, moment out, through every facet of who you are, how you are, how you grow your business, what’s going on with you physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially. Breath work is important so long as you do it with every aspect of your day. Here’s the way to do it. You inhale six, hold for three, exhale six, hold for three. Use that rhythm and what you’re going to find is your sales conversations are better, your conversations with your kids, your spouse, your friends, your family members, et cetera. You’re going to feel better and you won’t have to be focusing on a specific time to do breath work.
