Think about how waking up just a little bit earlier could save you time and energy every day. By waking up earlier, you will get more done in the day and then have more time at the end of it to relax.
5. Sleep More!
If you’re waking up earlier, you should be going to sleep earlier too; the last think you need is less sleep. Getting more sleep is one of the easiest ways to increase your productivity.
